All purchases of subscriptions — monthly, annual, or promotional — are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

Access to content (including past issues, subscriber-only dispatches, and narrated editions) is granted immediately upon payment.
Our service delivers digital literary and entertainment content that cannot be “returned” once accessed.
Subscription fees are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, regardless of usage or frequency of access.
You are responsible for managing your own subscription, including cancellation before your next billing cycle.

Pre-Launch & Founder’s Promotions

Promotional or founder-level subscriptions (e.g., Founders Whisper pricing, % discount rates, giveaway eligibility) are also non-refundable, and no retroactive refunds or credits will be provided.

These offers are limited-time pricing privileges tied to early access and special rewards, not eligible for proration, return, or cancellation refunds.

Auto-Renewal Terms

All subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you no longer wish to be charged.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date. When cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current term.

Technical Access & Support

Should you experience technical difficulties accessing your content, we will work promptly to resolve the issue. However, technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund unless we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time frame.

Digital Goods Clause

In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws for digital goods, you understand and accept that once access to exclusive, members-only digital content has been granted, no refund shall be issued for that subscription term.
